The Final Frontier

This just had to be entered in here. I've been thinking of entering this since the past 9 days! Some days (most days) you just dont feel like it. So, I make an entry only when I feel like it these days ;)

11th of April was one fulfilling day. It was a day when we met, probably for the last time all of our college friends. It just seemed so weird that knowing these people for the last 3 years and in a few months I won't be seeing most of them, maybe even forever! It was good to know so man people knew me. At the end of it, just one word to describe it, fulfilling :)

Today's the 20th of April, just a week before my exams start. I suppose the good thing is that as the date f the exams get nearer I'm getting more confident about the exams. I hope thats a good thing! For me this is the "Final Frontier" to borrow Steve Waugh's words :) May 12th will bring the most toughest and feared paper of them all, doing good in that will give me a thrust a kinda momentum to "crack" the rest of the papers. Lets hope terrible Monday doesn't turn out to be that way! I'm being positive about it. The studies are on in full swing, sometimes it gets boring, can't study for more than a stretch of 90-120 minutes ;(

I and my brother went to meet my Arab friend from Bahrain Abdullah yesterday. He was in Bombay just for the day, he left this morning. We met at his hotel here and had dinner with him, he's a real nice guy and he's very intelligent too! He's a writer and also a technical consultant for government projects of Saudi Arabia. He was born and raised in Al-Khobar, the same place I and Bobby grew up! We talked about what Dhahran was like now and he knew we'd want to visit someday so he let us know that we could drop in Bahrain any time and visit Dhahran, which is just across the causeway! What are friends for ? :)

The summer vacations are on for almost all schools and college here in Bombay and I and my friend are probably the only one's studying for exams right now! But everyone's gotta face these days sooner or later, this is just our time :) We're all looking forward to May21st, the day the exams end and we celebrate our triumphant journey to through the final frontier!
