Impending doom, Loud surds, and One very happy cat!
Wow! It's been a while since my last journal entry. In fact there are no entries at all for the month of June! It's probably a good thing there's nothing there because nothing significant has been happening and at the same time it gives me time to recollect event's over the past couple of months, the months right after my exams got over.
It's the 3rd of August today. No news about our results as yet. This is the longest ever it's taken. We are such a jinxed batch. I can't help but feel they've botched up somewhere and all this time is taking for a cover up by the university. I'm just hoping to clear at one shot and GOD HELP ME!!! Pray for me all!
The past couple of months have been low on physical activity and pretty high on mental strain and exercise. We had to take many decisions on our careers, futures etc. Not always the most comfortable thing to do what with such unstable and wandering minds such as mine's and Bobby's! Some of the days were pretty uneasy and gave us sleepless nights. However, we realised that our mind can sometimes be our biggest enemies and we're going to try to ignore some of the doubts etc it throws at us. What our future holds for us? Well, watch this space.
Putu the cat has undergone some drastic lifestyle changes in the past couple of months. He was introduced to Cat Food. Yes Cat food, dry little pieces of chicken falvoured biscuits. He tried Whiskas first, then he gave that up when he discovered the most expensive brand of French Cat food. And he's still sticking by it. Thank god. I swear he's had a sudden growth spurt, he seems larger and heavier now, his fur is shinier, he sleeps a lot more, drinks a lot more water. He's feeling really good, he's never been in better health in his life ever! This is a really good time to be Putu the cat!!
I think it's a good idea to list down the songs that are playing in my head these days so a year later I can recall what songs were playing at the same time! I love doing that, i'm sure many people do. These days I'm listening to..umm...let's see..Strings and Junaid Jamshed and Junoon. On the international side, there's Jennifer Lopez, Mandy Moore, Jessica Simpson...and I guess not much else..hmm.
On the cricket front, India just beat New Zealand yesterday in Sri Lanka and it was a great match. It's always great when India wins! However, Navjot Sidhu the commentator is making a reall ass of himself on T.V and he's shaming a billion people because of his comments. Someone shut that surd up!!!
Not much else is really going on over here and this is getting really boring! Till the next journal entry...so long...
